
The deal for the A350 widebody airplanes is with Biman Bangladesh Airways

FRENCH president Emmanuel Macron stated on Monday (11) that Bangladesh had dedicated to ordering 10 plane from Airbus, marking the south Asian nation’s first take care of the European planemaker in a shift from its Boeing dominated fleet.
French officers stated the deal for the A350 widebody airplanes, which continues to be being finalised, is with the nationwide flagship service Biman Bangladesh Airways Ltd.

Mahbub Ali, Bangladesh’s junior minister for civil aviation, stated that the preliminary order can be for 2 Airbus planes.
“Now we have requested for 10 plane in phases. The technical committee is now evaluating. These plane might be used on new and previous routes. Every nation has Airbus and Boeing in its fleet. However we solely have Boeing, not a single Airbus,” Ali stated.
